Our mission

We believe every lifter deserves a clean, reliable way to understand their training. Activ.run exists to replace messy notes and scattered spreadsheets with a focused workout log that makes progressive overload easier to see and act on.

We are building for people who show up consistently: beginners learning their first split, experienced lifters chasing PRs, and anyone who wants their training history to stay organized over time.
