Strava API support
activ.run integrates with Strava through the Strava API so you can choose to post your completed activ.run workouts or activities to your own Strava account.
activ.run uses Strava only after you connect your own Strava account. After authorization, activ.run allows you to post selected workouts or activities from activ.run to your Strava account.
No. activ.run does not import, read, or sync your Strava activity history. The Strava integration is currently used only to post workouts or activities from activ.run to Strava.

No. activ.run only posts activities to Strava based on the posting behavior you choose in the app. You can control whether your activ.run activity is posted to Strava.
After an activity is posted to Strava, its visibility is controlled by your Strava account privacy settings and the privacy settings applied to that activity on Strava.
No. activ.run does not sell, license, transfer, disclose, or share Strava API data with advertisers, data brokers, other users, or third parties.
No. activ.run does not use Strava API data for artificial intelligence model training, machine learning model training, targeted advertising, resale, customer insights, benchmarking, or aggregated analytics.

Health Connect support
activ.run integrates with the Android Health Connect platform to read bodyweight data from compatible apps and devices you choose to connect.
Health Connect is an Android platform that allows compatible apps and devices you choose to connect to share health and fitness data in one place. activ.run integrates with Health Connect to read bodyweight data and display it alongside your manually logged bodyweight entries.
activ.run currently reads only bodyweight data from Health Connect. This data is used to display your bodyweight history and provide first-party, user-facing trends, summaries, and progress insights within activ.run.
No. activ.run does not write or post any data back to Health Connect. The integration is read-only.
Bodyweight data read from Health Connect may be stored locally on your device and in your activ.run account so activ.run can display your bodyweight history and provide first-party, user-facing trends, summaries, and progress insights. Health Connect data is not sold, used for advertising, shared with third-party analytics providers, or used for AI/ML model training.
No. activ.run does not use Health Connect data for advertising, third-party analytics, machine learning model training, AI training, resale, data brokering, or any unrelated purpose.
You can connect Health Connect in the activ.run Android app by going to: Profile → Integrations → Health Connect
You can revoke activ.run's Health Connect access from your Android device settings or from the Health Connect app's app permissions screen.
Revoking access stops activ.run from reading new Health Connect data. Previously synced bodyweight entries remain in your activ.run account and local app storage unless you delete them in activ.run.
Yes. You can delete individual bodyweight entries from the Bodyweight History screen in activ.run. You can also delete your entire activ.run account, including all stored bodyweight history, from Profile → Delete Account.
Deleting a Health Connect-sourced entry from activ.run does not delete the original record from Health Connect.
Yes. If you want to delete a record from Health Connect entirely, you can do so directly in the Health Connect app or source app on your Android device.
Changes made in Health Connect may not automatically remove already-synced entries from activ.run.
